OK now you can see the mung bean sprouts. I never knew it was so easy to sprout your own seeds. They are so tasty. Can't wait to make a roll up using the sprouts. I have seen different recipes for using sprouts in breads, so now I will have to see what I can do. I think the key in what I was doing and what Jackson did a year or so ago, was the washing and draining process. I was very careful to follow the directions and wash and drain the beans very well. Aren't they beautiful?!
