Garden Goodness

My first dish with ingredients from the garden. Greens, so far that is what I have that is ready for harvest, Kate and Collards. YUMMY!!

So last night I made a frittata with local eggs, creamy goat cheese, Collards from our garden, S&P, and onion. It was delicious, everyone loved it, even my pickier eaters.

I think in another week I will have beets to harvest, and of course the radishes are ready. Those are for Jackson, he is the radish eater in the family.
